摘要
新型双定子直线振荡电机可替代空调、冰箱中传统的往复式活塞压缩机,提高系统效率,降低噪声。与现有压缩机中的直线振荡电机相比,还具有结构简单与功率密度高的显著优点。其铁心与普通旋转电机铁心叠装方式相同,永磁体结构新颖。动子在两个恢复弹簧的作用下做往复运动。本文首先引入矢量模型,分析了系统的工作状态,再基于磁路方法,建立了准确的数学模型,并分析了负载及弹簧弹性系数对电机性能的影响。实验结果与分析结果吻合,证明本模型是正确有效的。
The novel linear compressors with high efficiency, low noise and simple configurations may substitute rotary reciprocating compressors in the air conditionings and refrigerators. The manufacturing style of the stators is the same to the rotary motors'. The moving body oscillates under two springs. Based on the vector model, the working states are discussed and the precise mathematical model is established using the magnetic circuit method. Experiments are done to analysis the effects of the springs on the motor characteristics. The experiments are in accordance with the analysis results.
