摘要 带精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)是一种新型的多目标遗传算法,该算法求得的Pareto最优解分布均匀,收敛性和鲁棒性好。本文分析了当前多目标无功优化算法存在的缺陷,提出将NSGA-Ⅱ应用于多目标无功优化,该算法一次运行可以获得多个Pareto最优解,决策者可根据系统的实际要求选择最终的满意解,为各目标函数之间的权衡分析提供了有效的工具。算例结果表明NSGA-Ⅱ算法具有良好的优化效果,是一种求解多目标无功优化问题的新思路。 Fast and elitist non-dominated sorting generic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ) is a new multi-objective generic algorithm. It can obtain uniformly distributed Pareto-optimal solutions and has good convergence and excellent robustness. In this paper, firstly the defects of current algorithms are analyzed, then NSGA-Ⅱ is applied to multi-objective reactive power optimization. Each run of the algorithm can produce many Pareto-optimal solutions. The satisfactory solution can be selected by decision-maker according to the system's requirement, which provides an effective tool for measuring the performance of different objective functions. The simulation results show that NSGA-Ⅱ can obtain better optimum solutions. It should be a new method for multi-objective reactive power optimization in power systems.
