摘要 对芳纶进行低温等离子体处理,通过扫描电镜和XPS分析观察芳纶经等离子体处理前后表面结构及物化性能的变化情况。研究结果表明:经等离子体处理后,芳纶表面产生刻蚀效应,碳—氧键增多;在保证单纤强力变化不大的情况下,纤维的摩擦性和亲水性能提高。 The aramid fiber was treated with low temperature plasma. According to the using of scanning electron microscope (SEM) and x-ray photoelectron spectrometer, this 'article carefully researched the surface physical structure, chemical component and mechanical properties of treated aramid. The experimental results showed that under the low temperature plasma treatment conditions, the surface of aramid fiber appeared that the external structure became rough and the bond of carbon-oxygen was increased evidently. When keeping the strength of fiber constant in the main, both the properties of friction and hydrophilicity of aramid fibe were improved greatly.
