基于ANSYS的三环减速器内齿板模态分析

Modal Analysis on the Ring of Three-ring Reducer Based on ANSYS

三环减速器的剧烈振动问题是制约三环减速器推广使用的主要原因,其中的振动有很大一部分来源于内齿板。运用ANSYS软件,建立了三环减速器内齿板的参数化模型,介绍了ANSYS的模态分析方法并对内齿板进行了模态分析,获得了内齿板固有频率及振型特征,为进一步研究三环减速器的振动问题提供理论参考。

Three-ring reducer is restricted to make generally applicable. It is mostly because of the acute vibration of the three-ring reducer. And most vibration comes from rings. By using ANSYS software,the parametric model is established in this paper,introduceing the modal analysis method based on ANSYS software, analyzing in detail the modal of the ring and getting the natural frequency and vibration characteristic. It has reference value for studying vibration problem of three-ring reducer.
