微蜂窝基站优化方案评价方法的比较

摘要 针对某市微蜂窝基站的优化设计方案的评价问题,研究并比较了基于集对分析、物元理论和模糊数学的三种评价方法。基于物元理论的优度评价法具有两个显著特点:一是用∧描述非满足不可的条件;二是由于关联函数的值可正可负,因而优度可以反映一个对象的利弊程度,但其评价结果依赖于经典域的确定。而集对分析评价法避免了这些依赖因素,联系度的i,j的取值可根据实际问题加以调整,具有灵活性。集对分析评价方法概念清晰、计算简明、快速便捷、可信度高。基于模糊数学的优选法考虑模糊因素的影响,以不精确的方式处理不精确的信息而得到较"精确"的结果。不足之处是相对优隶属度矩阵在方案较多时计算繁琐,不利于决策。 Based on the evaluation problem of the optimization project of micro-cellular technology station,three evaluation methods, based on Set Pair Analysis, Metter-Element Theory and Fuzzy Set Theory relatively, are studied and compared in the paper. The excellent-degree method has two distince characteristics. One is describing the condition needs meeting. The other is reflecting advantages and disadvantages by excellent-degree because the value of correlative function can be either positive or negative. But the evaluation outcome depends on the sutra-region. And the the set-pair-analysis method avoids these depending factors. That the connection number can be adjusted practically makes the method applied neatly. The set-pair-analysis method is therefore clear, simple, fast, and reliable. The excellent-selection method based on the fuzzy set takes into account the effect of fuzzy factors and get precise outcome by dealing with imprecise information. Its disadvantage is that computing of the matrix is quite complicated if more projects are evaluated with the method.
