东菱精纯克栓酶治疗频发性短暂性脑缺血发作临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】观察东菱精纯克栓酶 (DF 5 2 1)对频发性短暂性脑缺血发作 (TIA)的疗效。【方法】 5 0例TIA患者随机分为DF 5 2 1观察组 ( 2 8例 )和常规治疗对照组 ( 2 2例 )。【结果】观察组治疗后 2 4h及 3天内TIA发作控制率为 75 %和 10 0 % ,均明显高于对照组 36 3 %和77 2 % ,随访一年观察组 4例再次TIA发作 ,2例发生脑梗死 ,分别为 14 2 %和 7 1% ,对照组有 9例TIA发作 ,6例发生脑梗死 ,分别为 40 %和 2 7 2 %。【结论】DF 5 2 1治疗TIAs疗效是显著的 ,且起效快 ,复发率低 ,安全性高 ,远期效果好。
