摘要
目的:考察pH值对复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服溶液鉴别及含量测定的影响。方法:按国家药品标准第十二册规定方法检测。结果:发现pH较低时对盐酸异丙嗪鉴别和愈创木酚磺酸钾含量测定产生影响;结论:建议国家药品标准增加对复方愈创木酚磺酸钾口服溶液pH检查。
Objective：To inspect The influence of identification and content by pH in Compound Guaiacol Potassium Sulfonate Oral Solution. Methods：National drug testing methods in standard 12th List. Results：pH less than 7.0 will affect the identification of the promethazine hydrochloride and the content determination of Guaiacol Potassium Sulfonate. Conclusion ：We suggest SFDA should enhance a test for pH value for Compound Guaiacol Potassium Sulfonate Oral Solution.
