Determination of Capreomycin Sulfate by Turbidimetric Method

目的:建立浊度法测定硫酸卷曲霉素的效价。方法:采用浊度法测定硫酸卷曲霉素效价含量的方法,并将浊度法与管碟法测定结果相比较。结果:浊度法与管碟法测定结果一致,浊度法测定结果可信限率较低。结论:浊度法可以应用于硫酸卷曲霉素效价测定。

Objective：To develop a turbidimetric method to determine Capreomycin Sulfate. Method：Turbidimetric method was used to determine Capreomycin Sulfate,compared with diffusion method. Resuits tThe contents of Capreomycin Sulfate was the same between Turbidimetric method and diffusion method. The confidence limit of the turbidimetric method was lower compared with the diffusion method. Conclusion：Turbidimetric method can be used for determining the content of Capreomycin Sulfate.
