Influence on Content Determination of American Ginseng by Elution Curve

本文对梯度洗脱程序中曲线方式改变对西洋参含量测定各主要指标成分分离度影响进行了探讨,实验结果表明:前三个梯度的曲线方式设为10,西洋参中各主要指标成分能达很好的分离。

To study on the influence on the resolution of main active components in American Ginseng by changing the gradient elution curve. The study results showed that if the first three gradient elution procedure was supposed to be 10,the main active components in American Ginseng could be separated well.
