摘要
目的：建立用高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热宁颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法：用DiamonsilTMC18柱;流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸（47∶53∶0.2）;紫外检测波长280nm;柱温35℃。结果：黄芩苷的线性范围为0.06668-0.60012μg（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为97.02%,RSD=1.28%（n=5）。结论：方法简单、准确、复方制剂中其他成分对测定无干扰,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To develop a quantitative method by HPLC for the content determination of Baicalin in Xiaoerqingrening Granule. Method：The analysis was carried out using C-18 column （200mm ×4.6mm, 5μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47： 53：0. 2,v/v）. The detective wavelength was at 280nm. t =35℃. Results. The linear range of Baiealin was 0. 06668% 0. 60012μg （r = 0. 9999）. The average recovery was 97. 02 % （RSD = 1.28%, n =5）. Conclusion.The method was proved to be simple and accurate. It could be used in the quality control of Xiaoerqingrening Granule.
