摘要
针对现行地面延误策略对航班延误分配不当问题,对限制空域进行了分析,以空域流量策略为基础,分析航班延误的目标和约束条件,建立航班延误模型,采用矩阵的遍历来确认航路。通过算例与地面延误策略进行比较,对采用AFP进行航班延误分配的有效性进行了验证。结果表明,该方法有效减少了航班延误。
The existing ground delay program has an unreasonable allocation in flight delays. In this paper, the constrained area was analyzed. Based on airspace flow program, the goal and the restrained condition of flight delays were analyzed. Then, a model of flight delays by traversing the matrix to confirm the routes was established. Finally, allocating the flight delays by AFP was proved though contrasting with ground delay program. The result indicates that this method effectively reduces the flight delays.
