支持我国铟产业发展的对策研究

Study on Countermeasures for Supporting Development of China's Indium Industry

日本和韩国把全球稀缺矿产资源——铟列为战略矿产资源储备。我国虽然是世界铟生产和出口大国,但铟产业结构不合理,生产集中度低,开采和加工过程中资源浪费严重,加之生产企业竞相压低价格出口,出口定价权长期被国外铟消费企业控制,致使我国铟产业陷入日本等国家设计的"低水平发展循环陷阱"。因此,国家应加强对铟资源的保护,加大对铟生产技术研发的投入,建立我国铟资源的战略储备和商业储备,制定行之有效的鼓励政策,支持和促进我国铟产业健康快速发展。

Japan and The Republic of Korea have stipulated indium as a strategic reserves resource. Although our country is a large indium production and export country, the structure of indium industry still is not rational, the concentration level of its production is lower, and the resource waste in mining and smelting is considerable. In addition, because the indium production enterprises are competing with each other in export forcing prices down, the export prices are controlled by foreign consumption enterprises in a long period, thus resulting in the indium industry of our country falls into “a low level development circulation pitfall” designed by Japanese and other country＇s companies. So, our government has to strengthen the protection of indium resource, increase the investment of research and development of the indium production technologies, build the strategic and commercial reserves of indium resource, formulate effective encourage policy, support and promote the development of China＇ s indium industry healthily and quickly.
