摘要
着重研究了人血红细胞和白细胞对632.8nm 光波的宏观光学参量-散射常数μ_(sr)、μ_(sl)和微观光学参量一散射截面σ_(sr)、σ_(sl)以及红细胞和白细胞的数密度与散射光之间的函数关系。用散射光强与透射光强的比值来表征所求的散射常数和散射截面是本项研究的一个特点。本文的理论推导和结论均在 I_t=I_0exp(μ_scd)成立的范围内有效,并讨论了这个公式的适用范围。
The functional relationships of macroscopic coefficients(μ_(sr),μ_(sl)),microscopic scattering cross-section(μ_(sr),μ_(sl))and cell number density of human red blood cells and white blood cells to scattered light at 632.8nm are studied in this paper.The study is characterized by that the scattering coefficients and the scattering cross-sections are expressed with the ratio of scattered intensity to transmitted intensity.The derivation and conclusion are valid within the limits of I_t=I_0exp(-μ_scd),of which the limitation is discussed.
