摘要
介绍利用X射线荧光光谱法测定煤灰成分的方法,讨论仪器的测量条件、试样制备条件的选择和合成标样的制备方法,并进行精密度与准确度试验,结果表明方法准确可靠。
The present paper introduces the method for measurement on the chemical compositions of the coal ash by X- ray spectrofluorimetry, discusses the prerequisite to the measuring devices, selection of conditions for specimen preparation and method for preparation of the combined specimen and checks and tests the accuracy and correctness. Results show that this method is of high accuracy and reliability.
