摘要
从专利公开趋势、专利策略、公开类型和法律状态等角度对宝钢、武钢、鞍本和首钢4大钢铁企业的专利状况进行简要分析,并提出几点建议。
The present paper briefly analyzes the current status of patents in the four largest iron ＆ steel enterprises in China, namely Bao - steel, WISCO, An- Ben Steel and the Capital Steel proceeding from viewpoints of trend of patent publication, patent strategy, category of published patents and legal status and puts forward a few of recommendations.
