摘要
运用MSC.Patran/Nastran对某型摩托车车架进行了模态分析,获得其低阶固有频率及振型,并与实验结果对比,验证了所建立有限元模型的正确性,在此基础上,通过灵敏度分析选择设计变量,并以车架重量最轻为目标函数,以固有频率为约束条件,对车架结构进行了优化.
In this paper, a free modal analysis on motorcycle frames is conducted with MSC. Nastran Software, and the main order natural frequencies and corresponding mode shapes are obtained, which are contrasted with the results of the experiment, showing validity of the FEM model. Based on the above results, after the design variables are selected with sensitivity analysis, then the minimum frame weight optimization is finished with the lightest frame as the object function and natural frequencies as the constraints.
