摘要 以某企业的办公实际需求为研究对象,将BPR(业务流程重组)先进思想运用于办公自动化(OA:Office Automation)之中,采用ASP.NET和SQL Server 2000作为开发支持工具,实现了在Web平台上对项目、部门、考勤、客户关系等方面的管理.该系统增加了一个以往OA系统中少有的业务流程管理模块,可实现各部门、各人员之间的信息共享和协同工作,创建一个集成的、统一的、协调运作的办公平台,最终达到提高企业管理水平和业务运营效率的目的. With a certain enterprise' s actual requirement of official business as an object of study, this paper applies BPR' s advanced idea on Office Automation and takes ASP. NET, SQL Server 2000 as a supporting tool of exploring to realize the management of department, attendance and customer relationship on the web. What should be emphasized is that this system has added a reengineering business flow management model, .which plays the role of a BPR. The combination of BPR and OA makes the system more effective to eliminate all kinds of information isolation among enterprises and persons to realize data sharing and harmonious cooperation among departments and personnel. An integrated, united and harmonious official platform is built to achieve the aim of raising the efficiency of enterprise management and professional ability.
