摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂(SG-Si900)对白云石凹土进行有机表面改性,通过IR和TG-DTG对改性前后的凹土进行了表征。将经过表面处理的凹凸棒土与PP复合制备聚丙烯/凹凸棒土复合材料。力学性能实验表明,在凹凸棒土填充量达到2%时,复合材料的冲击和拉伸强度达到最大。
The attapulgite was organically modified with a silane coupling agent SG-Si900. The attapulgite powders were characterized by IR and TG-DTG. The attapulgite was blended with PP via melt compounding to prepare PP/attapulgulgite composites.The mechanical properties showed that the tensile strength and the impact strength reached the maximum at 2% attapulgite.
