摘要 采用智能功率模块IPM作为开关器件进行交直交变频调速,开关频率高,开关损耗小,并且由于IPM模块卓越的自保护功能,集电力半导体器件、驱动电路、保护、检测电路于一身,具有功率齐全、体积小、使用可靠等优点。采用HEF4752作为SPWM信号的发生芯片,可以省去微处理器,单纯由硬件发生信号,在要求的精度范围之内,不但降低了成本,而且减小了发生电路的体积、简化了电路,便于有针对性地教学。通过示波器检测,信号发生电路的SPWM波形清晰,可以用于教学应用之中。 The ac-dc-ac variable-frequency speed regulation system based on intelligent power module (IPM) is introduced. The switching frequency is high and the switching power loss is small. The IPM integrates semiconductor power devices with driver, protection circuit and measure circuit. The advantages of the IPM are smaller, high performance and high reliability. Instead of the microprocessor, the chip HEF4752 is used as the signal generator to generate SPWM signal, so the cost and size of the signal generator are reduced, the circuit is simplified and the precision is acceptable, The SPWM wave observed by a scope is clear, the system is appropriate for teaching.
