D,L-丙交酯制备乳酸丁酯的研究

摘要 研究了D,L-丙交酯在浓硫酸催化作用下与正丁醇进行酯交换反应合成乳酸丁酯的条件。对所合成的产品进行了折光率的测定及红外光谱、气相色谱-质谱的分析,并确定了最佳反应条件。研究结果表明,在最佳反应条件下,乳酸丁酯产率达76.28%,产品纯度接近100%,合成过程中没有水生成,无需水分离过程,简化了合成工艺。 Butyl lactate was synthesized by the ester exchange reaction of D, L - lactide and n - butanol under the catalysis of sulfuric acid. The product was characterized by refractive index, IR spectrum, gas chromatography and mass spectra. The best reaction conditions have been ascertained. The results showed that the yield was up to 76.3 % and the purity of nearly 100% under optimal reaction conditions. No water was produced during the process of synthesizing. The synthetic procedure was simplified due to water separation was not needed.
