摘要 简述了超声波强化逆流提取机的基本结构和工作原理,并以水为溶媒,菊花为原料,进行了菊花有效成分的提取试验。考察了提取温度、液料比和提取时间等因素对水溶出物和菊花黄酮提取得率的影响,并通过L9(34)正交试验设计,对提取工艺进行优选。结果表明,采用超声波强化逆流提取机提取菊花有效成分最佳参数为:液料比20mL/g、提取温度70℃、提取时间30min,所得提取物和总黄酮得率分别为25.09%和12.42%。 The essential structure and principle of ultrasonic wave dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment were briefly introduced, and the experiment on extraction effective components of chrysanthemum has been studied by water as solvent and chrysanthemum as stuff. The key factors, which influenced on extraction yield of water-solubility matter and flavonoid, such as extracting temperature, ratio of liquid to solid and extracting time, were studied. The extraction technology was chosen by orthogonal test. The chrysanthemum's effective components were extracted by the ultrasonic wave dynamic countercurrent extraction equipment. The optimum results showed that the ratio of liquid to material was 20 mL/g, the temperature was 70℃, the time was 30 rain, and the extraction rate of extracts and flavonoids were respectively 25.09% and 12.42%.
