基于OCTPN的生产物流系统集成建模与仿真 被引量:6

摘要 以生产物流系统为研究对象,以Petri网为主要工具,提出了面向对象着色赋时Petri网(OCTPN)的建模方法。在以基本Petri网对生产物流各子系统建模的基础上,对制造加工与生产物流系统进行集成建模,建立了包括制造工艺模型和生产物流系统模型的层次化模型。最后,以汽车后桥车间的制造加工与生产物流系统为实例,建立了OCTPN模型,利用Petri网的活性、可达性等属性来分析该物流系统的现状,并用WITNESS软件对该模型进行仿真。结果表明该系统是活性的,不存在自锁,提高了机器利用率,达到了预期效果。 Adopting the basic Petri net, the sub-systems models of the manufacturing logistics system were established. The logistics system modeling method with O-O colored timed Petri net (OCTPN) was put forward. This model method did not only have the figure and symbol description mode which was coincident with human thinking mode, but also avoided the model complexity that caused by the system complexity. At the same time, the manufacturing and logistics system has been modeled, the hierarchy model including the manufacturing process model and the logistics system model was established. Took a logistics planning in the automobile rear bridge plant as the example, the system has been modeled and analyzed with OCTPN method. WITNESS has been used in computer-aided model and simulation to design and optimize the production logistics system in the H1 automobile rear bridge plant.
