北京市机动车污染物排放控制对策削减潜力研究

Research on the Reduction Potentiality of Vehicle Emission Cotrol Options in Beijing

为了达到控制北京市机动车污染物排放的目的，采用模式计算的方法分析了北京市目前可行的机动车控制对策的削减潜力，结果表明．对机动车排放控制综合考虑诸多因素，其中，控制机动车保有量增长速度具有较大的削减潜力。

For the purpose of control1ing the vehicle erniss1ons in Beijing, the reduct1on potentiality of different feas1ble countermeasures to vehicle emission in heijing is analysis by means of model calculation. Results show that many factors should be taken consideration comprehensively into the vehicle emission controlling.Over all,the strategy of controlling the increasing rate of vehicle population has the greatest redtlction potentiality.
