摘要
主要介绍丰田生产系统中以Kanban为信息传播媒介的生产管理方式。着重说明该系统的两个核心概念JIT和Autonomation．并分析该系统的特点，综述丰田生产系统的学术研究，同时探讨在我国开发丰田生产系统的可行性。
A method of productlon management in Toyota production system is introduced,in which Kanbans are used as an information system. Two key concepts: JIT and autonomation,and properties of the production system are analyzed. Research works is reviewed briefly.Moreover, the possibility of developing Toyota production system in China is investigated.
