摘要
根据某高频雷达对高频功放模块的设计要求,研究了功放模块的设计实现方法。具体讨论了模块的组成、射频链路的设计、状态检测、控制保护电路的设计和散热通道的设计等。最后给出了测试结果,表明该设计满足预期的技术指标要求。
According to the demand of an HF ground-wave radar on the power amplifier module for, the design and implementation of such module are studied. The emphasis is put on the composition of the module, the design of the power amplifier, the state detection, the design of control and protection cir- cuit, and the design of cooling and heat dissipating system, etc.. Finally the test results are given, showing that the design meets the requirements of system performances.
