摘要
本文通过对云南省一个彝族村寨的田野调查,考察了村民自治组织在少数民族村寨的历史变迁和现实表现,并指出村民自治组织要想获得在少数民族村寨里的权威的关键在于通过选举程序增强他们的合法性。
The paper, through a field investigation of a Yu people＇s village in Yunnan province, explores the historical transition an present embodiment of villagers＇s autonompus organizations in monority people＇s villages and points＇out that the key for these organizations to gain the authority among the minority people＇s villages is to strengthen their legal status by electing.
