论水族文字的“楷变”

On Regularization of the Shui Characters

水族文字分为古文字和今文字,其划分的界限应是水族文字的"楷变"。"楷变"前是水族古文字,"楷变"后是水族今文字。其主要的依据,一是水族文字没有隶书体的历史客观条件;二是水族文字事鬼敬神的功用决定了这一文字本身排斥因"草隶"而形成的隶书;三是水族文字具备楷书体的历史条件;四是水族文字"楷变"符合我国古今文字的划分规律。

Shui characters are classified into ancient and current characters based on the regularization of Shui Characters. Those are ancient shui characters before regularization and current Shui characters after regularization. The main evidence is based on the following, firstly, Shui characters have no historical conditions of Li scripts; secondly, the function of shui Characters-which is used to respect goshost and gods, decides that it forrmed Li scripts after the exclusion of Chao LI scripts; Thirdly, Shui characters have the historcal base of Regularized characters; lastly, the regularization of Shui characters comply with the rules of classification of our ancient and modem chatacters.
