钾长石-石膏-石灰(石)热分解体系研究 被引量:12

摘要 在钾长石-石膏-石灰(石)热分解体系中可能发生的7类反应的ΔGT0进行重新计算的基础上,利用纯物质摩尔配比,分别在1 273 K,1 323 K,1 373 K和1 423 K条件下进行物料焙烧实验,通过对烧成物可溶K2O含量测定,得出反应KAS6+CaSO4+14CaO=K2SO4+C3A+6C2S是7类分解反应中最容易发生的反应,与计算的该反应ΔGT0值最负相当吻合。对7类反应的烧成物进行XRD和EPMA分析,得出了这7类反应中只有反应式KAS6+CaSO4+12CaO=K2SO4+CA+6C2S和KAS6+CaSO4+14CaO=K2SO4+C3A+6C2S正确,其他均需要重新修正,修正后的反应可以更加合理的解释该体系的分解机理,从而为利用该体系焙烧生产钾肥提供理论指导。 Chemical equations for K-feldspar-CaSO4-CaO system were calibrated in this paper. And the △GT^0 values about these chemical equations were calculated again. With the purified reactants, it was showed that chemical equation (4) of KAS6+CaSO4 +14CaO→K2SO4+ C3A+6C2S, was the easiest decomposition equation occurred among seven varieties of chemical equations. By aid of XRD and EPMA analysis for the calcined products, it was deducted that only chemical equation (3) and (4) were correct in the former study, and other chemical equations need to be further calibrated. The calibrated results could explain chemical reaction process of K-feldspar-CaSO4-CaO thermal decomposition system sufficiently. This study will provide further theoretic guide for calcine K-feldspar to manufacture potassium fertilizer.
