摘要
基于复合材料理论,以老化沥青和再生剂为基质组分材料,设计针对性再生试验,通过常规物理指标、SHRP指标和感温指标来分析再生剂对老化沥青的复合再生规律,对试验结果进行相应的处理并回归了再生沥青针入度的复合性能模型。试验结果证明除延度指标恢复规律较复杂外,再生剂对再生沥青的性能恢复均能良好地遵循复合材料的复合法则,且再生沥青混合料的性能试验结果进一步证明再生沥青混合料具有不低于新沥青混合料的路用性能。
According to composite theory, using aged asphalt and rejuvenation agent as composite constituents, composite recycling tests were designed in this paper.The composite recycling law of rejuvenation agent to aged asphalt was analyzed separately through different controlling indexes such as conventional physical indexes,SHRP indexes and temperature susceptibility index.And the model of composite penetration of recycling asphalt was regressed through test data processing.The test results proved that the performance recovery of recycling asphalt by rejuvenation agent follow the composite principle of composite material well except for the ductility with very much complex recovery law.And it was proved by the performance test for recycling mixture that the pavement performance of recycling mixtrure is not below the performance of new mixture.
