摘要
采用智能材料——形状记忆合金(SMA)筋作体外预应力筋,通过通电激励诱发其发生相变,从而输出力来抵抗由于活载引起的挠度,以实现桥梁结构的微挠度,满足当前轨道交通快速发展对桥梁动挠度的要求。文章介绍了这种智能预应力桥梁系统研究,同时,给出了简单实用的控制算法,并将其应用于智能预应力桥梁系统(OPBS)中。此外,对存在的问题及系统的进一步完善也提出一点思考。
Aimed at bridge structural intelligence,smart material-Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) tendon is adopted as external prestressing tendon.Through actuating by electricity to induce phase change, it generates stresses which could counteract the deflection generated by live load.So it realizes the micro-deflection of bridge structure for the request of the fast development of current orbit traffic to dynamic deflection of the bridge.At the same time, the paper presents a simple and applied control algorithm,and use it in Organic Prestressing Bridge System (OPBS).Moreover,some consideration and suggestion are put forward to the system for further study.
