There are many reasons for triggering unexpected public events, one of which is psycho- logical inducement . Colleges and Universities should raise the awareness of the importance of mental health education and strengthen the students＂ mental health education, which are the important and critical tasks under the new situation to prevent the unexpected public events and to build a harmonious campus.
