Clutter Suppression Algorithm by Time-Domain Slope-Filter in UWS Impulse Radar Systems

超宽谱(UWS)脉冲雷达属于全新体制的雷达系统,时域杂波与射频抑制是系统关键性技术之一。文章基于时域目标回波与杂波/射频干扰在斜率特征上的明显差异,提出时域滤斜-杂波抑制算法(TDSF-CS),并给出了详细的理论模型分析和实际算法的实验效果。算法简捷高效,对于波形快速处理具有较大优势,为UWS脉冲雷达的工程化实现提供了一定的理论基础。

Ultra-Wide-Spectrum（UWS） impulse radar,a novel kind of radar,in which, suppression of ground clutter（GC） or radio frequency interference（RFI） is a key technology. After analyzing the differences on time-domain slope between target＇ s echo and GC＆RFI, a novel algorithm named Time-Domain Slope-Filter Clutter Suppression Algorithm （TDSF-CS） is presented. A detailed theory model is realized,and the arithmetic＇ s performance in tests is given. The algorithm is simple but efficient, which is good for advancing the velocity of data processing. A theory basement is founded for UWS impulse radar＇ s realization.
