森林资源监督评价有关问题探讨

论述了开展森林资源监督评价的指导思想和基本原则。在此基础上构建了评价指标体系，该体系分为基础工作、业务工作、廉政建设3个子系统21项指标，对各项指标确定了基础分评分内容、细项评价得分及扣分标准，提出了评价实施步骤及评价指标的动态管理依据。

This paper discusses the the guiding ideology of supervision and evaluation of forest resources and four basic principles. On the basis of this evaluation index system, the system is divided into basic work, work, clean government three sub-systems 21 indicators, and indicators corresponding to the established evaluation criteria and proposed evaluation procedures.
