摘要
在分析我国能源市场现存的系列问题和相关价格机制的理论阐述基础上，对于我国节能降耗工作前期因产业结构调整缓慢、节能降耗投入不足、支撑节能的价格政策不到位等因素进行分析，提出建立和完善价格机制等7个方面的相关政策建议。
In the analysis of the energy market and the existing range of issues related to the price mechanism, as a result of energy consumption early work slow adjustment of the industrial structure, insufficient energy saving investment, and support energy pricing policy is not in place, and proposed to establish and improve the price mechanism and other six relevant policy recommendations.
