“生态现实主义”（Ecorealism）是当前如何解决环境问题而出现的一种思潮。它要求在环境保护为人们共识的条件下，制订相应的政策和法律，以引导和保证有关措施的实施和法律保护。当前人们有了一定的认识，但各国的法律和政策还未有相适应的转变，这也就是生态现实主义的核心问题。

Ecorealism is a new ecological trend of thought concerning with how to resolve the environmental problems. On the premise of common awareness of the necessity environmental conservation, ecorealism instructs the decision-makers to make of the corresponding policies and laws to ensure the environlnental decisions concerned are lega11y protected and cinplemented successfu1ly. At prcsent, the citizens have certain knowledge of environmental conservation, but the laws and policies of the various countries are not regulated corresponding]y, which is also the goal of ecorealism to accomp1ish.
