减少耻骨后前列腺癌根治术并发症的体会

Study on reduction of complications in radical retropubic prostatectomy

目的探讨耻骨后前列腺癌根治术手术技巧及改进,减少手术并发症。方法对16例前列腺癌患者进行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术。结果16例患者手术顺利,平均手术时间3.5h,术中平均出血量700ml,术中无直肠损伤者。术后尿瘘1例,尿道狭窄1例,无尿失禁。结论有效控制背深静脉丛,精细解剖前列腺尖部,保护尿控神经,以及良好的尿道膀胱吻合术能有效地减少手术并发症。
