摘要
当前高校管理干部的能力构成主要体现在四个方面:高校管理的专业性要求管理干部应具备较强的组织管理能力,高校管理的知识性要求管理干部应具备较高的学术业务水平,高校管理的人本性要求管理干部应具备较强的情感沟通能力,高校管理的开放性要求管理干部应具备较强的社会活动能力。
The ability factors of present managerial cadres in the institutes of high learning are mainly presented in the following four aspects： managerial expertise and strong organizing aptitude, high-level academic attainment, people-first attitude and great communicative skill, high-level social activity achievement
