摘要
选取社交焦虑大学生组成实验组和对照组,对实验组被试进行认知行为团体治疗,发现两组被试在交往焦虑量表(IAS)、自动思维问卷(ATQ)、UCLA孤独量表,以及症状自评量表(SCL-90)的躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、强迫、恐怖、偏执等因子分上,前测没有显著差异,后测差异显著,实验组被试前测和后测得分差异显著,对照组被试的前测和后测没有显著差异,说明认知行为团体治疗能够改善大学生的社交焦虑状况。
Objective To explore the Effect of Group Therapy on Social Anxiety of College Students, 24 college students were randomly assigned to 2 groups: Experimental and control groups. ;The experimental group were given Cognitive behavioral group therapy for 10times, and no treatment was taken on the control group. IAS, SCL-90, ATQ and UCLA Loneliness Scale are used to evaluate the effect of Group Therapy. The scores in IAS,interpersonal sensitivity, Depression, Compulsion, Anxiety, Phobia, somatization and monomania between two groups are not significantly different before therapy, but are significantly different after experient. The scores of experimental group after group therapy are significantly different from those without therapy. Cognitive behavioral group therapy is effective in college students with social Anxiety.
