摘要
研究了在pH1.0—3.0的盐酸介质中表面活性剂Tween-80与羟乙基-β-环糊精(HE-β-CD)协同增敏测定痕量Mo(Ⅵ),Tween-80-PF-羟乙基-β-环糊精-Mo(Ⅵ)荧光体系的荧光特性及反应条件。最大激发波长和最大发射波长分别为λex/λem=321/525nm,Mo(Ⅵ)在0.021—3.0μg/25mL范围内荧光熄灭值与Mo(Ⅵ)的浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r2=0.9992,检出限为0.18μg/L。此方法灵敏度高,选择性好,且用于劳动湖水和自来水中痕量钼的测定,回收率在99.5%—101.5%。
The trace amount of Mo(Ⅵ)has been developed by the fluorescence quenching method with tween-80 and HE-β-CD in a strong medium of pH1.0—3.0 hydrochloric acid.The maximum excitation wavelength and maximum emission wavelength were 321nm and 525nm.The linear range is at 0.021—3.0μg/25mL,Relation coefficient is 0.9992.The detection limit is 0.18μg/L.The method is selective,sensitive simple and rapid,and has been applied to the determination of trace Mo(Ⅵ)of lake water and nature water sample with satisfactory results and.The recovery of standard addition of 99.5%—100.5%.
