摘要
用荧光、紫外光谱法研究了在模拟人体生理条件下阿魏酸钠与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用,求得阿魏酸钠与BSA的结合常数K=(5.30±0.18)×105,根据热力学参数确定了阿魏酸钠与BSA之间的作用力类型,根据Foster偶极-偶极非辐射能量转移原理,计算了阿魏酸钠与BSA相互结合时其授体-受体间的距离r=1.01nm。
The interaction between sodium ferulate and bovine serum albumin was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and ultraviolet spectroscopy under the simulated physiological conditions the combining constant was obtained as K=(5.30±0.18)×10^5 by fluorescence quenching method.The type of interaction force between sodium ferulate and bovine serum albumin was determined by the thermodynamic parameters according to the theory of Foster's dipole-dipole non-radiation energy transfer mechanism,the binding distance(r=1.01nm)between sodium ferulate and bovine serum albumin was obtained.
