体育教师专业自主权的解构与重构

摘要 教师专业自主作为教师专业化的重要组成部分和衡量教师专业化水平的重要标志,在具体的历史条件下应该有其不同的内涵诠释。对体育教师专业自主权的内涵体系进行解构与重构,认为体育教师专业自主权应该由传统的"并列式静止模式"变为"三角架式互动模式",而新课程改革所凸显的教师的课程权力是体育教师专业自主的本质性权力。 Teachers' professional sovereignty is an important component of teacher's professionalization and an important sign of judging the degree of teacher's professionalization. It ought to have its different annotation about its connotation under different historical condition. This text carries out the deconstruction and reconstruction about the connotation of PE teachers' professional sovereignty system. It argues that the intension classification of PE teacher's professional sovereignty should turn traditional "resting mode of standing side by side" to "triangular posture interdynamic mode". On this basis, it is believed that the oower of curriculum is the PE teacher's essential professional sovereignty.
