用于要求严格的“张力腿”式钻井平台锚泊系统的低合金钢锻件的特点

摘要 Hutton“张力腿”式钻井平台的锚泊系统,包括横向载荷轴承和锚绳联结器(16个“张力腿”系绳各1个)。作为这些部件主要部分的锻造中心轴,在要求沿尺寸变化很大的整个载面上有均匀的机械性能方面,存在独特的问题。本文叙述了中心轴的制造过程,并且指出了实验性试验锻件中发现的屈服强度变化的详细情况以及屈服强度大小对CTOD(裂纹尖端张开位移)断裂韧性试验结果的影响。
