摘要
为考察制备方法和存放条件对二氧化氯溶液稳定性的影响,在选定了稳定性二氧化氯含量测量方法后,研究了吸收体系、稳定性二氧化氯制备方法、吸收剂浓度、pH值、吸收液二氧化氯浓度、光照条件、存放温度等对稳定液稳定性的影响。结果表明:丙二酸法可较好地分析稳定性二氧化氯溶液的浓度,用溶有稳定剂的吸收液吸收二氧化氯制备稳定液较好,过碳酸钠、过硼酸钠是较好的稳定剂,溶液中稳定剂的浓度不用过量,二氧化氯稳定液的pH值控制在10左右,吸收液中二氧化氯的浓度不影响稳定性,并且溶液应在暗处、低温下保存。
In order to investigate the preparation methods and the storing conditions how to influence on the stability of the stabilized chlorine dioxide solution,so many factors,such as the absorption system, the different preparation methods, the absorbent concentration, the pH value, the concentration of ClO2 in solution, the condition of illumination,the storing temperature and so on, were studied after chooing the method of measuring the stabilized chlorine dioxide content. The result shows that: the way of malonic acid is the better method of analyzing content of stabilized chlorine dioxide in solution, the preparation of stable solution with the solution dissolved stabilizer to absorb chlorine dioxide is better,sodium percarbonate and sodium perborate are better stabilizers, the stabilizer concentration in the solution does not use excessively,the pH value of the chlorine dioxide stabilized solution is better about 10,the concentration of the chlorine dioxide in the absorption solution does not affect the stability, the solution should be stored in the dark and low temperature place.
