由于面临着完全不同的政治、文化环境,我国企业"走出去"面临的法律风险是极高的。因此,要充分认识到存在于并购、经营、产权及所有制方面的风险。要了解相关的法律,通过风险评估,妥善设计境外投资企业的组织形式。

For the different political and cultural environments, China＇s enterprises＇ offshore-funding are in high legal ventures. Therefore we should sufficiently realize the ventures of the merger, managing, poverty rights, and public ownerships. We shall also know about relevant laws, by taking risk assessment, to make right organization form of the offshore-funding.
