摘要
在北京首都国际机场新航站楼T3B工程中大面积采用清水饰面混凝土,其中挑檐部分无论从质量要求还是施工要求上都是一个难点。在工程中通过装饰木线条与多层板模板的组合,解决了混凝土装饰线条一次浇筑成型的问题;通过在模板上铺设地板革,解决了消除模板拼缝的问题。完成后的挑檐观感质量完全达到了设计要求的清水饰面混凝土的要求。
Fair-faced concrete was widely used in Terminal T3B Project at Beijing Capital International Airport, in which the projecting eaves was a hard job in point of view of both quality and construction. By combination of multiple-layer formwork with decorative wood strip, the decorative line of the concrete was once shaped beautifully, and formwork joints were effaced by placing artificial leather Sheet onto formwork. The appearance quality of the completed projecting eaves has fully reached the design requirement for fair-faced concrete.
