贸易政策与欧美产业界商务外交策略研究

摘要 贸易政策是政府与产业界博弈的结果。政府是商务外交的主体,产业界是商务外交的关键角色,欧美产业界以商务外交策略参与政府贸易政策的制定和调整从而实现其国际化目标。中国产业界应当加强与政府的商务外交合作,发挥行业协会的作用,通过商务外交获取政策优势,推动国际化。 The author argues that government is the most important player in commercial diplomacy, but business is becoming a prominent part of commercial diplomacy. European and American businesses are all heavily involved in their government trade policy making process, which provide great institutional privileges for business globalization. This paper further recommends that the Chinese businesses should improve its commercial diplomacy relations with government, build an effective regime of industrial associations, and improve business capability in globalization through commercial diplomacy.
