摘要
团聚现象在过碳酸钠的生产中占有举足轻重的作用,因此为了从理论上研究团聚现象,并进一步通过理论更好地指导其生产,以碳酸钠和双氧水反应生成过碳酸钠沉淀为研究对象,探讨了结晶器中流加速度、反应温度、搅拌速度与生成物团聚尺寸之间的变化关系,并在团聚和破碎动力学的基础上建立了团聚尺寸模型。根据过碳酸钠沉淀实验中得到的实验结果求得了一定反应体系条件下的模型值。最后通过模型计算值与实验值的比较初步证明了该模型的实际适用性。
Agglomeration is important in the preparation of 2Na2 CO3· 3H2O2. In order to make some researches on this phenomenon and further guide its production, the reaction between Na2CO3 and H2O2 was investigated. The influence of adding speed, reaction temperature and agitation speed on the agglomeration-size of 2Na2CO3 · 3H2O2 was discussed and an agglomeration-size model was derived from the agglomeration and disruption kinetics. The value of the model can be assumed from the experiment data of 2Na2CO3 · 3H2O2 precipitation. The model proves to be suitable for the description of agglomeration-size by the comparison of the model value with experiment value.
