总结当代中国农村建设的经验教训,可以明确一个十分重要的原则,即应当在理性建构与传统承继的统一中开展目前正在推进的社会主义新农村建设。改革开放前的农村人民公社运动和20世纪30年代的乡村建设运动,清楚地证明片面强调理性建构或单纯依靠传统都是行之无效的。在改革开放新形势下开展社会主义新农村建设,不能把城市中的市场经济原则和社会理性化的某些经验简单地推及农村,不要忘记城市同农村的差别,应当因地制宜地规则和实施各地的新农村建设方案。在农村实行的一些规章或政策,只有得到农民依据日常生活经验而普遍认同,同农民的思想观念和生活习俗发生真实融合,才能发挥有效作用。

The experience and lessons got in the contemporary countryside construction of China show that the construction of socialist new countryside could not be carried out unless under the unity of rational construction and traditional heritage, which is proved by the people＇s commune before reform and opening- up in the 1930s. considering the difference between urban and countryside, it is important to set up a mechanism of countryside construction according to local conditions. Only of the farmers, for the farmers, by the farmers can the construction be carried successfully.
