从认知角度对运动思维训练进行探讨,概括出运动思维训练体系主要包括运动知识表征训练、运动概念形成与掌握训练、运动技能归纳推理训练、运动实践中的问题解决训练以及运动决策训练等内容,并就其各部分进行了现状综述,以期为运动训练与竞赛提供多渠道的心理调控训练方式,为后继研究提供可借鉴和参考的素材。
