497例儿童中毒相关因素分析

An analysis of the parameters of 497 accidental poisonings of children

目的：对儿童中毒病例进行分析、处理，找出儿童中毒原因及相关因素，寻求干预措施。方法：统计我院1997—2006年间收治住院的497名中毒儿童病案。结果：儿童中毒物质（药物和毒物）种类繁多，中毒以1～6岁儿童为主占77．26％，中毒原因74．25％为误服。结论：家长应加强对小儿的监管，妥善保管好药物和有毒物品，了解基本用药常识，警惕青春期弦子的心理动向，帮助其安全的度过疑惑期。

Objective： To explore the parameters of accidental poisoning of children and to search for preventive measures of the poisoning. Methods, A retrospective study was performed on 497 cases of poisoning who were treated in our hospital during an 8 year period （ from 1997 to 2006）. Results：Poisoning was most common in the 1- 6 year age group （ 77.26% ） and wrong-medicines-taken was the predominating cause, Conclusions：h is thus recommended that more preventive measures must be taught to the parents.
